Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking an AI Adoption & Integration Specialist to help drive product features and reflect emerging tech trends. You will collaborate with the CTO and product leadership to steer development across cloud and AI-driven observability, with a path into a leadership role after the first year.

You will combine technical advisory across the product lifecycle with hands-on work, shaping customer scenarios and ensuring scalable, future-proof solutions at our Linz R&D HQ.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in relevant roles.
• Mandatory software-architecture background.
• Hands-on cloud-native experience (containers/orchestration).
• Familiarity with hyperscalers is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of AI technologies and market trends.
• Strong systems thinking and clear technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice across the product lifecycle, from ideation to in‑development features.
• Learn the product and validate proposals and internal use cases.
• Analyze technology and market trends to derive propositions.
• Combine technical work with forward-looking product development.
• Present evidence-based recommendations to senior leadership.
• Identify improvements in user experience and operational workflows.
