Virtual Identity in Vienna seeks a seasoned copywriter to lead the Digital Creative team, turning briefs into compelling ideas. You will write headlines, scripts, and narratives, and guide campaigns end-to-end from concept to launch.

Based in Germany or Austria, you’ll collaborate with Brand Strategy and use AI to accelerate production while keeping the core idea yours. Remote or office-based, VI offers learning and exciting projects.

Formación

• Several years of experience as a copywriter or conceptual creative at a creative or advertising agency, in a senior role (ACD, CD).
• Campaigns built around a big idea across multiple channels.
• Experience guiding or leading a small creative team and giving effective feedback.
• Fluency in German at copywriter level with strong English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the campaign's central idea from brief to tagline and storyline.
• Write copy including headlines, scripts and pitch narratives.
• Lead and develop the Digital Creative team; set direction and provide feedback.
• Maintain core idea consistency from pitch through launch.
• Present concepts to clients in German and defend ideas clearly.
• Collaborate with Brand Strategy and use AI to speed up production while keeping the idea yours.
