Job summary

Arbeitsagentur Vienna seeks a creative ad scriptwriter to own the scripting for paid campaigns. You will develop hooks, angles, and storylines and work with the design and content teams to deliver finished outputs.

You will operate autonomously with final sign-off by the Creative Director, test performance, and iterate rapidly in a dynamic ad space. Fluency in German and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• Experience scripting paid ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) with proven performance.
• Ability to craft hooks and angles that stop the feed.
• Produce fast, high-quality outputs at scale.
• Genuine interest in AI and the ad space.
• Proficiency in German plus strong English.

Responsibilities

• Script and concept paid ads at pace including hooks and storylines.
• Own creative angles for campaigns and develop new approaches.
• Collaborate with the Static Ads Designer and Content Creator to finish output.
• Work autonomously; Creative Director signs off direction.
• Test, learn from performance data, and iterate.
