As a NextGen Copywriter at REICHLUNDPARTNER, you’ll work with an interdisciplinary team to develop ideas, stories, and campaigns that move people, strengthen brands, and spark conversations.

You think strategically, craft copy across all channels, and find exactly the right words to turn a good idea into an extraordinary campaign. You use GenAI not as a substitute for creativity, but as an intelligent tool to work faster, more boldly, and more effectively.

You combine excellent storytelling with strategic thinking to develop communications that inspire customers-and have the potential to attract both national and international attention.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Several years of experience as a copywriter or concept developer at a renowned creative agency
• A strong portfolio featuring integrated campaigns for national and international brands.
• An exceptional flair for language, ideas, storytelling, and brand management.
• Experience in developing cross-channel campaigns-from traditional media to social media, digital, content, and video.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and engaging in creative collaboration with art direction, strategy, and consulting.
• High standards of quality, initiative, and enthusiasm for new creative possibilities.
• Excellent command of German and English.
