Job summary

enspired GmbH in Vienna is seeking a Senior Communications Expert to shape how we communicate, grow our reach, and experiment with new ways to engage audiences. This hands-on role blends B2B communications, PR, and digital marketing with commercial thinking.

You will own external communications and PR strategy across markets, lead channels from social to email and events, write sharp copy for emails and campaigns, own our tone of voice, test new formats, and use AI and MarTech to research,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B communications, PR, digital marketing or a comparable role.
• Exceptional English writer with hands-on approach – emails to LinkedIn posts.
• Strong experience with PR, social media and digital channels.
• Data-driven approach to build and optimise channels based on measurable outcomes.
• Curious about new channels, formats and technologies; eager to experiment.
• Comfortable with AI and modern MarTech tools to speed up work.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging communication.
• Ownership mindset, commercial thinking, and willingness to challenge status quo.
• Value collaboration and creative freedom within a team.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve external communications and PR strategy across markets.
• Lead our communication channels from organic/paid social to email, PR and events.
• Write sharp, engaging copy for emails, social, PR, campaigns and event pages.
• Own our tone of voice and messaging for consistency across touchpoints.
• Grow existing channels and test new ones – YouTube, newsletters, Substack, communities, etc.
• Proactively bring new concepts and content ideas based on market insights.
• Use AI and modern marketing tools to research, create, test and optimise communication.
• Measure channel performance and continuously improve based on results.
• Collaborate with Campaigns, Content, Events, Brand, Marketing Automations, Sales and BD.
