Zusammenfassung

KTM AG is seeking a Thermodynamics Simulation Engineer in Austria to develop and optimize engine and powertrain concepts using advanced CFD flow and in-cylinder combustion simulations. You will analyze air and exhaust flows, validate results against test bench data, and advance simulation processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's level or higher in automotive/mechanical engineering or related field.
• Several years of experience in CFD simulation of combustion engines or aerodynamic systems.
• English language skills; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Size and optimize engine configurations using 3D CFD and 1D tools.
• Prepare geometry, mesh, simulate air and exhaust paths, post-process results.
• Validate simulations with test bench data and report findings.
• Coordinate external development with suppliers and research partners.
