EBNER Industrieofenbau GmbH is seeking a Simulation Engineer (CFD) to design and simulate fluid flow and thermal processes in industrial systems. You will drive turbomachinery-related CFD work and validate results with experiments in collaboration with multiple departments.
You hold a technical degree and have hands-on CFD experience with ANSYS Fluent/CFX, COMSOL, or OpenFOAM, plus CAD experience in NX. German and English skills are essential for cross-functional teamwork.
Competenze
- Higher technical education in mechanical engineering, fluid mechanics, or energy engineering.
- Experience with CFD simulations of industrial plants and thermal systems.
- Knowledge of CFD tools: ANSYS Fluent/CFX, COMSOL; OpenFOAM is a plus.
- Strong understanding of turbomachinery physics (fans, impellers, blowers).
- Experience with 3D CAD (Siemens NX or equivalent).
- German and English proficiency.
Mansioni
- Perform CFD simulations for industrial turbomachinery and process systems.
- Design experiments to validate CFD results and numerical models.
- Support product development with numerical analyses and modeling work.
- Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, and Commissioning teams and EBNER Group.
- Advance simulation methods, tools, and standard calculation processes.
