Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Physics, Chemistry or Materials Science.
• Experience in a comparable role; customer communication and 8D problem-solving advantageous.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving; Six Sigma knowledge valued.
• Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
• Adaptability to dynamic environments; ability to establish and optimize new processes.
• Knowledge of automotive quality standards in the semiconductor industry.
• Fluent English; German proficiency is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process integration representative for CMOS or TSV process on wafer level.
• Supervise & monitor manufacturing of the process technology in collaboration with process engineering, R&D and QA.
• Maintain process deliveries (e.g. FMEA, PCP) and lead cross-functional discussions.
• Optimize processes and solve process problems with multiple departments (Test, Product Engineering, Design, QA).
• Evaluate and implement process simplifications to lower manufacturing costs and increase robustness.
• Transfer new technologies from R&D into production.
• Take PI responsibility at customer audits and report data to key customers.
• Stabilize technologies by supervising lead products and improve yield.
