Job summary

Psi CRO in Vienna is seeking an organized clinical research administrator to support projects, manage documents, and coordinate communications across teams and sites.

The role requires a Life Sciences degree, English and German language skills, and experience in a CRO setting. Psi CRO offers extensive training, growth opportunities, and a competitive compensation package with a starting salary of €55,000 gross per year.

Qualifications

• College/university degree in Life Sciences.
• Experience in Clinical Research / CRO, international setting.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• German language at native level or C1.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking in fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain databases and tracking systems.
• Compile, procure, process, translate and file documents.
• Communicate with internal departments and external parties.
• Serve as communication point for investigative sites.
• Coordinate site-specific query resolution and project training.
• Receive and route mails and incoming calls.
• Assist with meeting arrangements.
• Prepare agendas and minutes of project meetings.
