Job summary

Psicro in Vienna seeks an organized administrative professional to support clinical research projects. You will maintain databases, handle documents, and coordinate communications between internal departments and investigative sites.

Requirements include a Life Sciences degree, CRO experience, fluent English, German at least C1, and strong MS Office skills. The role offers extensive training, a supportive team, and a starting salary around EUR 55,000 gross per year.

Qualifications

• Life Sciences degree required.
• Experience in Clinical Research / CRO environment preferred, international setting.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• Native proficiency or C1 in German.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and planning skills with multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain databases and tracking systems.
• Handle large volumes of documents: compiling, procurement, processing, translation, filing.
• Coordinate communication between departments and external parties.
• Act as communication point for investigative sites in clinical research projects.
• Coordinate site-specific query resolution, project training, and access to vendor systems for site teams.
• Receive and route mails and incoming calls; assist with meeting arrangements.
• Prepare draft agendas and minutes of project meetings.
