Zusammenfassung

Syneos Health Austria GmbH is seeking an experienced CRA II/Sr CRA for a client-dedicated role in Austria. You will conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, ensuring regulatory and GCP compliance while maintaining trial data integrity.

Travel across Austria, Germany and Switzerland is required. You should have a Bachelor’s degree or RN and fluent German and English, with strong communication skills and computer proficiency to effectively support site activities

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
• Previous monitoring experience in Austria required; Germany and Switzerland preferred.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Ability to travel for monitoring visits in Austria, Germany and Switzerland.

Aufgaben

• Perform site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (on-site or remote).
• Ensure regulatory, ICH-GCP and GPP compliance and timely issue escalation to the project team.
• Maintain ISF and TMF accuracy and archiving per SOPs; support source data verification and IP handling as needed.
• Support subject recruitment and retention activities and data quality review.
