Zusammenfassung

Ärztekasse Genossenschaft sucht eine/n erfahrene/n DevOps-Engineer, der/die die Umrüstung des Rechenzentrums begleitet und moderne CI/CD-Pipelines aufbaut. Sie arbeiten eng mit Entwicklungsteams zusammen, implementieren GitOps-Praktiken, Automatisierung und Plattform-Tools, verbessern die Release-Qualität und sorgen für stabile, sichere Deployment-Prozesse in der Genossenschaft.

Idealerweise bringen Sie 3+ Jahre Erfahrung, exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch, und Freude am Arbeiten

Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in CI/CD, DevOps oder Plattformengineering.
• Praktische Erfahrung mit Pipeline-Tools wie GitHub Actions oder Argo/Flux.
• Ausgeprägte Scripting- und Automatisierungsfähigkeiten (Bash, Go, Python).
• Erfahrung mit Kubernetes und containerisierten Build-/Deployment-Workflows.
• Verständnis von Artefakt-Management, Testing- und Release-Strategien.
• Service-orientierte Haltung gegenüber Entwicklungsteams.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutsch und Französisch sind von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Entwerfen, bauen und warten CI/CD-Pipelines für schnelle, zuverlässige Softwarebereitstellung.
• Unterstützung der Entwicklungsteams bei Build-, Test- und Release-Automatisierung.
• Durchsetzung Infrastructure as Code und GitOps über Umgebungen hinweg.
• Entwicklung und Wartung self-Service Tools und Developer Platforms.
• Integration von Security und Quality Gates in die Delivery-Pipeline.
• Troubleshooting von Pipeline-, Build- und Deployment-Problemen mit Entwicklern.
• Fortlaufende Verbesserung der Developer Experience, Durchsatz und Zuverlässigkeit.

Ärztekasse is renewing its entire datacenter and the products affected by this transformation. To support this digitalization step, we are looking for smart and experienced engineers to contribute and shape clever and creative solutions for a meaningful industry.

Pensum: 80-100%
Start: immediately or by appointment
Duration: unlimited
Location: Geneva area (Thônex) or Zurich area (Urdorf)

Main Tasks

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable software delivery
• Support development teams with build, test and release automation
• Enforce infrastructure as code and GitOps practices across environments
• Develop and maintain self-service tooling and developer platforms
• Integrate security and quality gates into the delivery pipeline
• Troubleshoot pipeline, build and deployment issues together with developers
• Continuously improve developer experience, throughput and reliability

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CI/CD, DevOps or platform engineering
• Hands-on experience with pipeline tooling (e.g. GitHub Actions, Argo/Flux)
• Strong scripting and automation skills, preferably in Bash, Go or Python
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized build/deployment workflows
• Understanding of artifact management, testing and release strategies
• A service-oriented mindset toward supporting development teams
• Strong communication skills in English; German and French are a plus
