Ärztekasse Genossenschaft is renewing its datacenter and seeks engineers to shape clever solutions for a meaningful industry. 80-100% capacity; start immediately or by appointment; locations in Geneva area (Thônex) or Zurich area (Urdorf).

You will design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, support development teams, enforce GitOps, develop self-service tooling, and integrate security and quality gates to speed and reliability of software delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in CI/CD, DevOps or platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with pipeline tooling (GitHub Actions, Argo/Flux).
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Go or Python).
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized build/deploy workflows.
• Understanding of artifact management, testing and release strategies.
• Service-oriented mindset toward supporting development teams.
• Strong English communication; German and French a plus.

Ärztekasse is renewing its entire datacenter and the products affected by this transformation. To support this digitalization step, we are looking for smart and experienced engineers to contribute and shape clever and creative solutions for a meaningful industry.

Pensum: 80-100%

Main Tasks

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable software delivery
• Support development teams with build, test and release automation
• Enforce infrastructure as code and GitOps practices across environments
• Develop and maintain self-service tooling and developer platforms
• Integrate security and quality gates into the delivery pipeline
• Troubleshoot pipeline, build and deployment issues together with developers
• Continuously improve developer experience, throughput and reliability
