Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) is seeking an experienced Compliance professional to ensure compliant business with corporate and institutional clients. You will implement the Business Compliance Framework, coordinate managers during rollout, and review onboardings to align with risk appetite.

You will manage client life cycles, support due-diligence steps, and drive digitalization and AI-assisted improvements across the function. Fluency in English and German is required.

Qualifikationen

• At least 4 years of experience within financial institutions in relevant roles.
• Solution-oriented, hands-on mindset with proactive thinking.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and understanding of international frameworks.
• Excellent client-facing communication in English and German.
• Analytical mindset with openness to AI-assisted tools and new ideas.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliant business with approved clients based on Business Compliance Framework.
• Coordinate relationship managers and NWUs during implementation.
• Review client onboardings to ensure alignment with the compliance risk appetite.
• Manage client life cycle with coherency screening and adverse media handling.
• Support development of due-diligence steps for Institutional/Corporate clients.
• Execute compliance projects focusing on digitalization and AI-driven process optimization.
• Identify clients outside our aligned risk appetite and advise relationship managers.
• Handle ad-hoc requests, prepare data and reports.
• Provide training and workshops for clients and colleagues.
