The Ritz-Carlton Vienna is seeking a Server Agent / Chef de Rang for Dstrikt Steakhouse. You will deliver personalized service, showcase deep knowledge of steaks and wine, and guide guests through the menu to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar luxury or fine-dining role.
• Strong knowledge of à la carte service procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, with a polished and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Very reliable knowledge of German and English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, anticipatory service in alignment with Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.
• Provide expert knowledge of steak cuts, preparation methods and wine pairings; guide guests through the menu.
• Take and deliver orders accurately, ensuring flawless service and presentation.
• Maintain mise en place, keep station clean and organized, uphold luxury dining standards.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams and support colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety and brand service standards; handle guest feedback professionally.
