Mastercard seeks a Manager of CA&E Commercialization to support the DACH region, driving sales enablement and go-to-market strategies for CA&E services including Marketing Services, Rewards, Offers, and Personalization.

You will work with regional leadership, product leads, and account managers to tailor product narratives, enable sales, and accelerate growth across Europe with customer-focused solutions.

• Proven experience as a sales or client services leader with a demonstrated ability to drive growth.
• Strong business acumen and a track record of delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions.
• Extensive experience launching and scaling products in dynamic markets.
• Consultative mindset with the ability to craft compelling, customer-tailored narratives.

Responsabilités

• Growth: Grow the expansion of the CA&E business across Europe and DACH division by aligning sales enablement with customer and market needs.
• Tailored Product Narratives: Customize product messaging for diverse customer segments.
• Sales Support: Contribute to key client JVIs and RFPs.
• Scalable GTM Strategies: Create 1:M strategies to expand the reach and relevance of existing products.
• Sales Plays: Partner with Product Management and Sales Teams to design and execute impactful sales disciplines.
• Innovative Constructs: Develop and execute creative go-to-market frameworks, including Cash Conversion, Pay-for-Performance (P4P), and Conversion Assurance models.
• Customer Engagement: Work closely with Sales to understand and embed customer needs into solutions, meeting directly with clients when necessary.
• Enablement Materials: Collaborate with Marketing to produce compelling sales tools and resources.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze and understand competing solutions and market trends to position Mastercard's offerings effectively.
