Mastercard seeks a Manager for Product Management, Commercialization, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement to drive growth in the DACH region. You will lead go-to-market enablement, tailor narratives for diverse clients, and collaborate with regional leadership to accelerate CA&E services adoption.

The role requires a proven sales or client services background, strong strategic thinking, and fluency in English and German.

• Proven track record in growing CA&E or similar businesses.
• Experience launching products in dynamic markets.
• Strong storytelling and client engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Growth: expand CA&E across Europe and DACH.
• Tailor product narratives for diverse customer segments.
• Sales support for key client JVIs and RFPs.
• Develop scalable GTM strategies to extend product reach.
• Collaborate with product and sales to build effective sales plays.
• Create innovative go-to-market frameworks (e.g., Cash Conversion, P4P).
• Partner with Sales to embed customer needs in solutions.
• Produce compelling enablement materials with Marketing.
• Analyze market trends to position Mastercard offerings.
