Zusammenfassung

Timberland is seeking a Head of Brand Retail to lead the retail P&L and customer experience across Europe, the Middle East and Africa from Stabio, Switzerland. You will translate brand strategy into commercially impactful in-store execution, owning the end-to-end retail plan and store concepts.

You will drive revenue, margin and inventory decisions, partner with Planning, Merchandising and Brand teams, and lead field teams to deliver consistent brand expression and exceptional customer service.

Aufgaben

• Lead the end-to-end retail commercial plan for Timberland across EMEA, converting brand strategy into in-store execution.
• Drive retail revenue, margin, and contribution targets for the brand.
• Own store concepts, tiering, and seasonal go-to-market with planning, merchandising and brand functions.
• Elevate customer experience and brand expression through VM quality and store storytelling.
• Oversee store openings, relocations, and lifecycle management in line with distribution strategy.
