VF Corporation, home to Timberland, seeks a Head of Retail for Switzerland to lead the retail strategy across EMEA from Stabio. You will drive revenue, profitability and a consumer-led in-store experience in line with brand intent.

You will translate brand and financial goals into a clear trading plan with cross-functional partners, oversee store lifecycle, and steer seasonal execution to optimize performance.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of retail leadership experience in global brands.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across Brand, Planning, Marketing and Finance.
• Track record delivering commercial results balancing brand and financial performance.
• Experience in retail network expansion and store concepts development.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end retail commercial plan across EMEA.
• Lead in-season trading decisions to maximize full-price and outlet performance.
• Define store tiering and the retail calendar in collaboration with Planning and Merchandising.
• Oversee end-to-end store lifecycle including openings, closures and relocations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Real Estate and field leaders on investments and lease negotiations.
