VF invites you to join the Timberland EMEA Marketing team as a Media Operations Trainee in Stabio, Switzerland. This 12‑month internship focuses on executing multi-channel campaigns, content production, and cross-functional collaboration across markets, with exposure to social media, SEO, and performance marketing.

Start date Feb 1, 2027, full-time, gross monthly salary 1,850 CHF. The role offers hybrid working and hands-on learning with global brand exposure.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Audiovisual, or related field.
• Previous internship or first experience in marketing, media, social, or project coordination is a plus.
• Good understanding and genuine interest for social media, AI, brand and consumer journeys.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
• Curious, proactive, hands-on, and proactive in following up to move projects forward.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support the operational execution of multi-channel, multi-platform campaigns across markets.
• Coordinate briefs, technical specs, asset delivery, and revision rounds with agencies and media partners; identify local opportunities.
• Develop social-first content and coordinate production with creators.
• Work with Social Media to brief content for paid campaigns and identify cross-functional opportunities.
• Partner with eCommerce to support campaign activation in line with business priorities.
• Contribute to SEO and content roadmap to boost brand visibility.
• Prepare presentations, marketing updates, and campaign reports.
