You will lead store environments, visual merchandising, and retail activation, collaborating with Brand, Merchandising, Store Operations, CRM and Loyalty teams to deliver consistent executions and strong ROI.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in retail marketing, activation or consumer marketing.
• Experience in DTC, fashion or lifestyle brands is preferred.
• Proven ability to translate brand strategy into retail experiences.
• Fluent in English; cross-functional collaboration required.

• Develop and execute the EMEA Retail Marketing & Activation strategy.
• Lead store environments, Visual Merchandising, store design and retail activation.
• Plan seasonal Retail Marketing & Activation within GTM process.
• Create consumer journeys across physical and digital touchpoints.
