Timberland is seeking an exceptional Senior Outerwear Designer to join our Global Apparel team in Stabio, Switzerland. You will own the design process for men’s and women’s outerwear, translating Timberland’s DNA into weather-ready pieces.

You’ll balance bold aesthetics with function, collaborate with Development, Merchandising and Product Specialists, and mentor junior designers as you push boundaries with authentic ideas.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in outerwear design.
• Strong knowledge of construction, materials, and fit.
• A portfolio that shows bold thinking and refined execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; AI and 3D skills are a plus.
• Strong presentation skills.
