Job summary

Mentor Talent Acquisition is seeking a B2B Sales Manager to build and scale our sales engine from the ground up in Vienna. You will lead from the front, identify winning channels for a scalable B2B SaaS product, and rigorously track KPIs to steer growth.

This role rewards an aggressive, hands-on builder with equity and strong performance incentives. You will own the outbound pipeline, work with a high-caliber international team, and drive growth in a well-funded startup ready to scale in the SME

Qualifications

• B2B SaaS sales experience with closing large B2B customers.
• Growth mindset and readiness to scale a startup.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale our sales engine from zero.
• Identify, test, and validate channels to sell a scalable B2B SaaS with low CAC.
• Live and breathe the numbers; KPIs guide strategy and execution.
• Lead from the front with hands-on, energetic leadership.
• Select tools that move the needle and build an outbound pipeline.
• Iterate campaigns quickly; kill what doesn't work and double down on successes.
