Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Vienna, Austria is seeking a Commercial Director to lead the short- and medium-term commercial strategy with full P&L responsibility for the CU, overseeing a multi-disciplinary team and reporting to the Managing Director.

You will set the product portfolio strategy, allocate budgets and headcount, and partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Regulatory to drive launches and growth across the portfolio. Fluency in English and German required.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in business and/or science.
• 10+ years of healthcare industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of line management with P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading product launches in various indications.
• Fluency in English and German; French is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Commercial Unit (CU) and drive short- and mid-term commercial success with full P&L responsibility.
• Develop and deploy local CU strategy in collaboration with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory and central teams.
• Plan and execute product launches and prioritize resources to maximize market impact.
