Qualifikationen

• University degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Sales or related commercial role.
• Fluent German and English.

• Lead local marketing strategy and annual business plan for EndoMech & Energy portfolio.
• Drive growth through portfolio optimization, customer activation and strategic initiatives.
• Launch planning and execution for new products and portfolio innovations; develop campaigns and sales enablement tooling.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive customer adoption and commercial success; ensure cross-functional alignment across departments.
