Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Austria seeks an Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator for the Surgery Austria unit. You will support the General Manager and Leadership Team, coordinate governance, meetings and cross-functional workflows, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced MedTech setting.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Tender & Contracting, Finance and HR to ensure timely execution of priorities, events and commercial activities while maintaining rigorous governance and

Qualifications

• Experience as Executive Assistant or similar operational role.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings, events or cross-functional processes.
• Experience with budget tracking, purchase orders and invoices is an advantage.
• Experience in MedTech, healthcare or pharma preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Surgery Leadership Team.
• Manage calendars, travel arrangements, meeting logistics and related administrative processes.
• Coordinate preparation of presentations, reports, leadership updates and business review materials.
• Support governance and leadership meetings and action follow-ups.
• Coordinate events, congresses and customer engagement activities.
• Maintain budgets, purchase orders, invoices and supplier coordination with Finance.
