Job summary

A leading SAP consulting firm is expanding its presence in Austria and seeks an entrepreneurial Managing Director / CEO to build and lead the Austrian entity, shape local strategy, recruit the team and establish Austria as a high-quality hub for SAP delivery across Germany, Austria and Europe.

You will drive growth, manage budgets and client relationships, collaborate with German leadership, and create a strong culture.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Austrian growth strategy together with German leadership.
• Build a high-performing SAP consulting organisation from the ground up.
• Recruit, develop and retain consultants, managers and future leaders.
• Design scalable operating models, processes and governance.
• Drive business development, sales, pre-sales and proposals.
• Develop relationships with Austrian and international clients.
• Ensure delivery quality, utilisation and client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary link between Austria, German headquarters and international project teams.
• Create a strong, collaborative and entrepreneurial culture.
• Representing the organisation within the Austrian SAP and consulting market.
