Job summary

Tieto Tech Consulting is seeking a Senior SAP Solution Sales Manager to drive SAP-based value propositions across Austria and Germany. You will lead end-to-end, consultative sales cycles and translate customer priorities into compelling business cases.

You will collaborate with SAP experts, architects and partners, coordinate bids and negotiations, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Fluency in German and English is required, with 5+ years in IT services sales focusing on

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT services sales with SAP focus.
• Experience managing complex B2B opportunities across new and existing customers.
• Solid understanding of SAP solutions and transformation topics (SAP Cloud ERP, SAP BTP/BAIP, SAP Activate).
• Ability to connect customer needs, processes and technology into a commercial solution.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Structured, proactive and results-oriented, with a collaborative mindset.
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in SAP environments.
• Lead end-to-end consultative sales cycles from qualification to closing.
• Translate customer priorities into value propositions and business cases.
• Collaborate with SAP experts, architects, delivery teams, account managers and partners.
• Coordinate bids, proposals and contract negotiations with transparent pipeline and forecasts.
