Job summary

Tieto Tech Consulting is seeking a Senior SAP Solution Sales Manager to grow our SAP solutions business across Austria and Germany. You will lead consultative sales cycles from discovery to close, translate customer needs into value propositions, and collaborate with SAP experts, architects, delivery teams and partners.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT services sales, deep SAP knowledge, excellent communication and stakeholder management, and fluent German with good English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT services sales or comparable customer-facing role focusing on SAP solutions
• Solid understanding of SAP solutions and transformation topics including SAP Cloud ERP, SAP BTP/BAIP, SAP BDC and SAP Activate
• Ability to connect customer needs, business processes and technology to a compelling commercial solution
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with new and existing customers in the SAP environment
• Lead consultative sales cycles end to end from qualification and discovery through solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation and closing
• Translate customers’ business priorities into clear value propositions, solution scenarios and business cases
• Collaborate with SAP experts, architects, delivery teams, account managers and partners to create feasible, differentiated, and commercially sound solutions
• Coordinate bids, proposals and contract negotiations with transparent pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity status
• Build trusted relationships with business and IT decision-makers, including senior and C-level stakeholders
• Contribute market and customer insights to go-to-market approach and represent Tieto Tech Consulting at events
