Global Blue by Shift4 is seeking a Sales Representative for Payments Solutions in Austria. You will manage your own territory, engage merchants face-to-face, and help businesses modernize how they accept payments and operate.

This is a field-based role with emphasis on relationship-building and deal closure. You will travel within Austria, conduct product demonstrations, and drive new business while meeting targets.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in field B2B sales or related commercial roles.
• Proven outside sales success and meeting targets.
• Fluent German and strong English required.
• Valid driver's license and travel within Austria.

Aufgaben

• Prospect and acquire new merchants across Austria.
• Schedule face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations.
• Drive new business and hit sales targets consistently.
• Upsell payment hardware, software, and services.
• Build long-term merchant relationships and understand needs.
• Present value of integrated commerce and payments solutions.
• Analyze statements and craft competitive proposals.
• Maintain CRM records and manage pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager while working territory independently.
• Continuously expand product knowledge and stay market-aware.
