The successful candidate will develop the local sales strategy, lead negotiations, and collaborate with partners to deliver a seamless customer experience across Austria. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 5+ years of experience in automotive fleet sales or a similar commercial role.
• Must have proven experience selling vehicles or mobility solutions to corporate customers, leasing companies, or fleet operators.
• Fluent German and professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong understanding of the Austrian fleet market and customer acquisition.
• Experience negotiating commercial terms and managing long-term relationships.
• Strong business development mindset to identify and convert new opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Austria.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the local fleet sales and B2B sales strategy in line with company objectives.
• Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with corporate customers, key accounts, leasing companies, and fleet operators.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business development opportunities across Austria.
• Lead negotiation of commercial agreements and fleet sales contracts with business customers.
• Drive fleet sales performance in line with targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with dealer partners to support local fleet opportunities and corporate sales initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Work with Marketing, Finance, Product, Logistics, and Aftersales to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting using CRM systems.
• Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings to strengthen brand presence in Austria.
