Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel internationally 40-60% of the time.
• Enjoy dealing with customers and interactions.
• Experience in system installation and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• On-site installation and integration at customer locations.
• Participate in system design phases and technical reviews.
• Customer interaction during commissioning and acceptance.

Skills

Experience with ATM Voice Communication Systems or safety-critical environments

Knowledge of VoIP and SIP protocols

Experience with analogue and digital voice interfaces

Understanding of telecom signalling and voice networking

Customer-facing system engineering experience

Very good English skills

Education

Relevant professional experience (approx. 3 years)

Technical background in IT (OS, networks)

Tools

Networking protocols (UDP, TCP, multicast)
