• You are the point of contact for your customers at the 3rd level/vendor support level and analyze and fix system errors.
• You plan and implement system updates and enhancements for complex IT systems.
• Thanks to your proximity to customers, you understand their needs and operational requirements and contribute to ongoing product improvement.
• You will participate in international projects in collaboration with branches and partner companies.
• Conducting customer training both on site and at headquarters rounds off your area of responsibility.
• You will review technical solutions with regard to security requirements, evaluate necessary measures, and implement them.

• Technologies that match your profile: Linux Red Hat, hypervisor platforms (VMware, Linux KVM), network protocols (TCP/IP, SIP, HTTP, etc.), and Whireshark, Nessus, SBC.
• You will review technical solutions with regard to security requirements, evaluate necessary measures, and implement them.

The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 47,800 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
