Zusammenfassung

ADB SAFEGATE is hiring a Software Engineer in Graz, Austria to support Air Traffic Control solutions at international airports. You will translate customer requirements into robust system designs, configure backend and frontend components, and develop automated Python tests.

Occasional on-site testing and travel to customers are involved, with strong emphasis on independent delivery and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifikationen

Finished technical college (HTL) or studies in Computer Science (TU, FH) or relevant working experience.
Solid understanding of Software, Systems, Networks.
Fluently in English; German beneficial.
Travelling requirements to international airports and customers (~25%).
Team-player with high motivation for aviation and customer projects.

Aufgaben

Translate customer requirements into system designs using templates and standards.
Configure and adapt backend components including workflows and data.
Configure frontend components including flight strips and HMIs.
Design and implement automated tests using Python.
Test configurations in Graz with simulated data and in customer sites.
Independently plan, manage, and deliver work packages.
Analyze issues and implement fixes.
Act as a technical link between customers and internal teams.
