The role involves providing third-level support, planning system updates, and conducting customer training. Qualifications

• Practical experience with Linux, especially Red Hat.
• Understanding of telecommunications interfaces and protocols.
• Experience in analyzing and fixing system errors.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for customers at the 3rd level/vendor support.
• Plan and implement system updates for complex IT systems.
• Participate in international projects in collaboration with branches.
• Conduct customer training both onsite and at headquarters.
