Qualifikationen

• Completed business training (HAK, college degree) with bookkeeping certification preferred.
• Initial work experience in accounting is desirable.
• Independent and structured way of working is essential.
• Strong communication, teamwork and resilience are important.
• Analytical thinking and good organizational skills required.
• Strong Office skills, especially Excel, are necessary.
• Good written and spoken German and English skills expected.

Aufgaben

• Handle day-to-day accounting: accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
• Process payments, bank entries, cash management, and credit card statements.
• Assist with monthly and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile accounts and manage open items.
• Prepare business reports and notifications.
• Support development and digitization of accounting processes and interfaces.
