• Successfully completed professional training in accounting, bookkeeping and controlling

Aufgaben

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping including AR, dunning, and asset accounting
• Manage bank closing activities, accruals and deferrals
• Interface with Austrian tax office and FinanzOnline (UVA, ZM, BUMI)
• Coordinate with other departments for data accuracy and reporting
• Maintain data integrity and assist in monthly/annual financial statements
• Prepare reports in MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Support simple controlling tasks and ad-hoc analyses
• Assist in stock reports and notes preparation
