Aufgaben

• Maintenance, management and structured filing of tender and bidding documents.
• Selection and preliminary review of incoming tenders based on defined criteria.
• Creation and maintenance of quotation calculations and obtaining manufacturer quotations (RFQs).
• Translation and content editing of international tender documents.
• Support with tender-related projects in cooperation with various specialist departments.
• Ensuring data quality and consistency within tender-relevant documents and systems.
