Job summary

Wilde in Vienna seeks an experienced General Manager to lead our flagship aparthotel, overseeing all operations and driving profitability across departments. You will work closely with commercial and revenue teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong financial results.

The role requires 5+ years in a senior hospitality role, including F&B, and a strategic, hands-on leader who can motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with 5+ years in a senior hotel role incl. aparthotel and F&B experience.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenues through commercial initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all HODs in running the property across front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, sales and revenue.
• Ensure departments operate within brand SOPs and address feedback promptly.
• Forecast revenues and costs and keep within budget; report shortcomings to EOD.
• Ensure hotel complies with legislation and Staycity Group requirements regarding H&S and regulations.
• Deliver department-specific training plans aligned with strategic goals.
• Foster cross-department collaboration and effective communication.
