Job summary

25hours Hotel at MuseumsQuartier in Vienna seeks an experienced F&B leader to manage all Food & Beverage outlets, driving revenue and profitability while acting as the key liaison between guests, team members, department heads and senior management.

You will lead and develop teams and apprentices, oversee recruitment, performance feedback, and training, and ensure HACCP compliance and high service standards across all F&B operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in Food & Beverage, preferably upscale hospitality.
• Calm and composed under pressure with staffing solutions.
• Hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets and manage financial performance.
• Monitor food, labour, and operating costs; contribute to budgeting and revenue growth.
