aja Resorts Pertisau on Lake Achensee is seeking a Sous Chef (m/f/d) in Pertisau, Tyrol. You will lead daily kitchen prep, assist in producing diverse national and international dishes, and ensure HACCP hygiene standards are met. A creative, flexible team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in a comparable position or at least 2 years' experience as a chef de partie.
• You are familiar with hygiene and HACCP requirements.
• Confident handling of MS Office programmes.

Responsibilities

• Daily preparation of the mise en place.
• Production of meals in the hot + cold kitchen for the restaurant.
• Checking the inventory and clearing the delivery.
• Preparation of various national and international dishes.
• Active participation in the daily workflow in the kitchen.
• Tidiness and assistance in the entire kitchen area.
• Support in the realisation of tasks and goals.
• Compliance with and implementation of hygiene standards according to HACCP.
