Job summary

Wienerberger AG in Vienna is forming an Integration & AI team. As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will build and operate scalable enterprise AI platforms to enable global business to develop, deploy and govern AI-powered solutions across markets.

You will work with AI Champions, business experts and IT teams to turn use cases into secure, production-ready AI solutions while aligning with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Hands-on experience designing, building and implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience with cloud-native development (Azure preferred).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate scalable enterprise AI platforms and solutions.
• Translate business use cases into practical, scalable AI solutions.
• Drive AI solutions from proof of concept to production.
• Support AI platform governance, security and responsible AI practices.
• Develop and deploy AI applications using Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio and related technologies.
• Design RAG architectures using enterprise data and knowledge sources.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications through APIs and servers.
• Define solution architectures and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Develop reusable AI components, accelerators and templates.
• Collaborate with global AI Champions and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate developers, technical specialists and external partners.
