Zusammenfassung

Gebauer & Griller in Vienna seeks a Group Accounting professional to lead financial reporting, consolidation, and month-/quarter-/year-end closings at the group level. You will drive harmonization of processes, oversee finance transformation initiatives, and own SAP processes in SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA implementations.

The ideal candidate has a degree in finance/accounting, 3–5 years in related fields, and strong Excel plus SAC/Power BI analytics experience. International travel is expected.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Group Accounting, Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, Controlling, or Finance Transformation.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting, consolidation, reporting, and closing processes.
• Familiarity with international manufacturing environments is considered a plus.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• A background in finance transformation, end-to-end process optimization, or system implementation projects is highly desirable.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, complemented by knowledge of reporting and analytics solutions such as SAC or Power BI, are an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Team player with structured, proactive, and hands-on working style.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and international teams.
• Fluent English - German is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Aufgaben

• Takeover of Group Accounting activities, financial reporting, and consolidation-related processes
• Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities at Group level
• Actively support harmonization and continuous improvement of accounting, reporting, and finance processes across the Group
• Takeover and lead finance transformation initiatives from a Group Accounting perspective
• Takeover ownership of defined business processes in SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and optimization projects
• Active role in internal and external audits as well as continuous improvement initiatives
• Proactive collaboration with international stakeholders to increase efficiency and process effectiveness
