Zusammenfassung

Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) is seeking a Finance Operations & Processes professional to bridge Group Finance, local finance departments and VIG IT during the SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will support standardized, compliant finance solutions and drive optimization across the group.

You will coordinate changes, assist in quarterly group reporting, and liaise between Group Finance, entities, IT, and external partners. English fluency is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant professional experience in a business-IT interface role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP systems, ideally S/4HANA.
• Experience with S/4HANA rollout projects preferable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in international settings.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently.

• Act as a key business-side interface to VIG IT and local finance teams during SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Support transformation of group-wide SAP finance landscape and related reporting systems.
• Coordinate and document finance-related change requests through full project lifecycle.
