Zusammenfassung

Prewave is seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to own the data-focused side of getting our platform to work for enterprise customers from day one. You’ll translate requirements into technical reality, set up environments, handle large data imports, and build custom reporting for clients.

You’ll join customer calls and collaborate with the Success team to overcome roadblocks and automate processes. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a data-focused role, strong Excel skills, SQL knowledge,

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar data-focused role.
• Excellent Excel skills and tech-savviness across platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Hold a valid work permit for Austria.

Aufgaben

• Translate customer requirements into technical reality by setting up new environments and tailoring the platform.
• Handle bulk data updates and large-scale data imports with high data quality.
• Build and maintain custom reporting for enterprise customers and internal teams.
• Join customer calls to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical colleagues.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to troubleshoot roadblocks and build automations.
