AFOL Milano -Agenzia per la formazione, l'orientamento e il lavoro is seeking seasonal hospitality staff for hotels and restaurants in Tyrol and Vorarlberg, Austria. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction across shifts.

PLACE OF WORK

AUSTRIA (different hotels and restaurants in Tyrol and Vorarlberg). You will be working in one of the hotels and restaurants currently hiring staff in Tyrol and Vorarlberg.

CONTRACT TYPE

SEASONAL

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers and show them to their table in a friendly manner
• Present the menus and provide detailed information about the dishes
• Take customers’ orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks promptly
• Check with customers that they are satisfied with their meals
• Handle customer complaints or requests professionally
• Process payments and manage till operations
• Keep the dining room clean and tidy
• Work with kitchen staff to ensure prompt service

IDEAL PROFILE

• German B1/B2 level (you have to be able to communicate easily) English B1/B2
• You need to have a previous professional experience
• Being motivated, precise, friendly.

WORKING HOURS AND COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT

Full time , Gastronomy CCNL , 40/48 hours per week, 5/6 days per week. Including weekends. Fulltime in morning, lunch or afternoon and split shifts

SALARY

Between 2.096 and 2.659 € gross per month. Free meals and accommodation.
