JobsinAustria is seeking a receptionist for seasonal work at hotels in Tyrol and Vorarlberg, Austria. You will handle check-ins/outs, bookings, guest information, and payments while ensuring smooth guest experiences.

Fluency in English and German (B2+) is mandatory, with up to 1 year of prior experience. The role includes full-time hours, free meals and accommodation, and guest-focused service.

You will be working in one of the hotels currently hiring receptionist in Tyrol and Vorarlberg.

• Check-in/Check-out: managing guest arrivals and departures
• Bookings: managing bookings and responding to enquiries
• Guest services: providing information about the hotel and local attractions
• Payment processing: handling cash, credit card transactions and invoicing
• Room allocation: allocating rooms based on availability and guest preferences
• Communication: answering telephone calls and emails
• Problem-solving: dealing promptly with guest complaints or concerns
• Record-keeping: maintaining accurate records of guests and transactions
• Security checks: ensuring the safety of the hotel and its guests

IDEAL PROFILE

• English and German B2+ level is mandatory
• Up to 1 year previous experience
• Being motivated, precise, friendly.

WORKING HOURS AND COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT

Full time , Gastronomy CCNL , 40/48 hours per week, 5/6 days per week.

SALARY

Between 2.330 and 2563 € gross per month. Free meals and accomodation.
