Management Level Senior Associate

At PwC, our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.

Those in human resource operations at PwC will focus on all areas of Human Resources and the business in executing Human Resources related transactions and administrative activities. You will be a primary HR point of contact in the resolution, escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with HR protocols and guidelines, as well as be part of a team of problem solvers that help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. As part of the Talent Delivery team you are expected to support HR policies and practices. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain top standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while managing and inspiring others to deliver quality work.

• High School Diploma
• 2 years of HR experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Understand the importance of correct information management
• Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
• Correct Information Security Management

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Possessing knowledge of HR policy and metrics
• Understanding operations and critical achievement targets
• Developing and implementing succession plans
• Creating and editing large sets of data
• Analyzing trends and escalating issues
• Reviewing and analyzing performance data
• Participating in leadership development activities
• Utilizing advanced Excel features
