Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to coordinate international travel for clients and employees, including flights, accommodations, and related services. You will work across time zones and cultures to deliver seamless itineraries and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

In this remote role, you will manage travel policies, optimize costs, handle visa strategies, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in corporate travel.
• 4+ years of experience in travel planning.
• Good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire, and other services according to requirements and budget needs.
• Prepare cost projections and submit/reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze, coordinate, and manage existing processes, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of rules and regulations regarding passport and visa laws, travel regulations of governments in many destinations, and tariffs.
• Lead visa strategy executions, coordinate flights, housing, benefits, and compensation packages, potentially working with relocation firms or government officials.
• Document and update processes of the area while taking ownership and proposing improvements.

Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent at BairesDev

As a Corporate Travel Agent, you will be responsible for international travel arrangements both for our clients and employees, showcasing your expertise in understanding diverse cultures, time zones, and travel regulations. Your day-to-day tasks will be anything but routine, ranging from booking flights and accommodations to coordinating transportation and crafting detailed itineraries. The key to your success will be in building strong relationships, as you work closely with stakeholders to establish trustful, meaningful, and professional connections across all areas of the company.

What You'll Do:
