Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in QA, auditing or quality control.
• Proven ability to evaluate performance against defined standards, scorecards or KPIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end quality audits across Talent Acquisition processes (calls, screenings, emails, workflows).
• Identify performance gaps and risk patterns with high accuracy.
• Propose adjustments to audit frameworks, processes and evaluation criteria.
• Share clear, structured feedback with stakeholders across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute end-to-end quality audits across Talent Acquisition processes, including calls, screenings, emails, and workflows, ensuring adherence to defined standards, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns, documenting findings with high accuracy and detail.
• Propose adjustments to audit frameworks, processes, and evaluation criteria.
• Share clear, structured feedback with stakeholders across the organization.

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control roles.
• Proven track record evaluating performance based on defined standards, scorecards, or KPIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
